Pricing & plans
Yes: up to 50 members, 2 staff and 1 branch, with no card needed.
Anyone with an active or frozen membership. Expired and cancelled members stay in your records and don't count.
Nothing is charged automatically. Pick a plan, or stay on Free if you have 50 members or fewer.
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply at the end of the period you've paid for.
In naira, by card or transfer, monthly or annually. Annual billing is priced at ten months.
Payments & Paystack
No. Online payments go through your own Paystack account and settle to your bank. Paystack's standard fees apply; Fitlify adds nothing on top.
Yes, against the member's invoice, with a receipt.
Record each one as it comes in. The invoice always shows what's left, and nothing drifts because every amount is held in kobo.
Check-in & the member app

By searching your gym's name, or by scanning your gym's QR code.
Your logo and colours go on the emails members receive, on Professional and above.
Data & security
Yes. Each gym's data sits in its own database, not in a shared table.
Each role has its own permissions, and an activity log records who changed what.
